- Blue Beetle: An alien from the planet Reach, Blue Beetle possessed a powerful suit of armor.
- Impulse: A hyperactive speedster, Impulse was the team's resident prankster.
- Aquagirl: The niece of Aquaman, Aquagirl could control water.
The Stories
The Outsiders stories were full of action, adventure, and drama. The team faced off against a variety of villains, including the Joker, Deathstroke, and the Secret Six. They also dealt with personal issues, such as love, loss, and identity.
